Bio
Neha Rani is a nursing tutor who has been working with Guru Nanak College of Nursing in Dhahan-Kaleran since 2020. She teaches applied sociology, child health nursing, plus nutrition and dietetics.
She enjoys learning alongside her students as she teaches them about things like childhood developmental milestones, various congenital problems and concepts of play therapy. She also appreciates helping her students become educators themselves. For example, their role as nurses will be to inform patients about nutrition. Her sociology courses help students develop social and functional skills for their future careers.
Prior to becoming a nursing tutor, Neha Rani worked as a staff nurse at Dr. Mukesh Orthopaedic & Trauma Centre in Narela, Delhi, from 2019 to 2020.
Neha Rani studied for her General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) diploma at Mohan Dai Oswal College of Nursing in Ludhiana. She completed her Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) at Guru Nanak college of Nursing in Dhahan-Kaleran in 2019, where she now teaches.
In 2021, she completed an online healthcare professional development course at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
